Hands on, face to face (or virtual) scoping workshop.
Everyone on the team is invited and involved.
You end up with a detailed project proposal.
Our scoping workshop is a hands on, in-person or virtual (we are experts in this) meet and greet. We structure the session to find out as much as we can from you and get as clear a brief as possible.
Everyone is invited - well everyone that matters. We love having key stakeholders in the room to gather information from different angles so we get a complete picture. We are also keen to meet everyone so that we can get a feel for each other and how we will work together.
The structure of the workshop can take different formats but fundamentally is a future state workshop where we work with you to outline from a top level the goal you want to achieve, including limitations, times frames and the status of where you are now.
After the session we go away and come back to you with our findings from the session and a detailed project proposal.
It's a win win situation.
No project is too big or too small.
